Q. Where does the pieces on this site come from? 

A. Great question.... All of our pieces on our site are made in Los Angeles CA and designed by our creator Fashion Designer Char Glover  EXCLUSIVELY for our RocknRemix customers only! 

Q. What is your exchange/return policy? 

A. No refunds (store credit only) Request for exchange must be made within 14 days upon delivery of your item -unworn with original tags attached. 

Q. Do you offer order cancellations?

A. No we do not offer cancellations on any orders, please review and confirm your order before it’s placed. 

Q. How long will it take to receive my order? 

A. Most of our (In stock) items ships in 5-7 business days. We typically ship Monday - Friday (excluding Sat/Sun/ and Holidays) If more time is needed we will contact you in advance.

Made to order items are made per your request of size/color/style...the turn around time is 10-14 (Business days Mon-Fri) excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays)

Pre-Order items Shipment dates are listed on the product page. Please note Pre Order Shipping times are estimated, and can take longer or less time, depending on production. You will be notified via email  once we update our inventory with your pre-ordered item. 

 

 Q. How often do you add new designs/collections?

A. Very often! Our designer is ALWAYS cooking up new goodies to add to the site. So check back often or subscribe to our newsletter for new arrival updates. Be sure to add us to your address book and check your spam folder settings, so you won't miss a thing.

 

Q. If a item is listed as SOLD OUT will it be restocked?

A. No....Unless it's mentioned (will re-stock) in the product description section. We try to offer our customers EXCLUSIVE designs, so once a particular piece is gone it's gone forever! So if something catches your eye.....Grab it!   We may however, in rare cases restock or duplicate a particular design and style. Be sure to signup to our newsletter to be notified FIRST on all our NEW arrivals and restocked items.  Add us to your address book and check your spam folder settings, so you won't miss a thing.

 

 Q. How do I know what size will work for me?

A. Refer to our sizing chart  for a correct fit. Sizing charts are located on the side menu bar as well as the bottom of our site. If you have further sizing questions please don't hesitate to LIVE chat with us (black chat bubble)... We're here to help:)

 

 Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we ship internationally! We love our FLYgirls from all over the world.  

 

Q. How can I track my order?

A. You will receive two confirmation emails. Once you place your order, and once your order has been shipped, we will then email your tracking confirmation number from USPS.

 

Q. How do I use my store credit?

A. Put in your code at checkout, where it asks for your store credit or coupon code.Then click apply, It will automatically deduct from your total or  single item amount.

 

 

Q. Why is Char so FLY?
